• Straight tube butt welding machines (TIG, Hot TIG, MIG process)
• Water wall panel welding machines up to 20 torches (SAW or MAG process) moving gantry or stationary type,
• Circular seam welding station for steam drums and vessels with heavy wall (up to 500mm - narrow gap process with laser guide)
• TIG welding machines for nozzles on headers and shells (inclined axes)

These machines and production systems are used in the workshops to manufacture equipments installed in the power generation plants, the petrochemical units, heavy machinery and construction industries.
WTEC customises these machines according the Customers needs and requirements and includes specific components required by Customer.
The main part of the machine such as welding torch and power source are imported from Europe ESAB or USA Lincoln and the other parts are manufactured locally.
This industrial scheme allows WTEC to propose high-tech machines at a very competitive price.
WTEC guarantees the conformity to the European directive.
WTEC assembles the machine in his own workshop and realises contractual acceptance tests before shipment.
WTEC can send supervisors during erection on site and can execute commissioning of the machines.
